riiiing (“riiiing”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a ringtone marketplace application where users can register, manage their account, browse ringtone content, purchase or access available content, upload ringtone files, and use Premium subscription features.

If you upload ringtone content, we may process the uploaded audio file and related metadata, such as track category, type, language, duration, validation status, moderation status, and publication status.
Purchase and Subscription Information
If you purchase content or subscribe to Premium Monthly, transactions are processed through Apple App Store payment systems. We may receive and process purchase or subscription status information needed to provide access to Premium features, purchase history, entitlement status, and related account functionality.
App Usage and Operational Data
We may process app events needed for core functionality, such as upload validation, download entitlement status, marketplace interactions, moderation state, and service reliability.
Messages and Support Communications
If you contact us or receive official in-app messages, we may process the communication content and related account information needed to provide support and service notices.
Device and Technical Information
We may process technical information needed for app operation, security, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and service reliability, such as app version, platform, device environment, error logs, and backend request metadata.

3. User-Generated Content
riiiing allows users to upload ringtone content. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to upload and use their content.
Uploaded content may be reviewed, validated, moderated, approved, rejected, removed, or restricted according to our rules, legal requirements, and platform policies.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments and subscriptions inside the iOS app are handled by Apple App Store payment systems. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
We may process purchase identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement information, and related records needed to provide paid features and keep account state accurate.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share or process information with service providers and platform partners where needed to operate the app, including:
- Apple App Store services for purchases, subscriptions, TestFlight, and App Store review;
- backend infrastructure providers used to operate authentication, account, storage, and app services;
- technical service providers used for hosting, diagnostics, security, and reliability.
